24-hour Live-in care

We understand that when a loved one needs around-the-clock help, it’s not always possible for family members to be available 24/7. That’s why we offer live-in carers who are able to provide 24-hour care, every day of the week.

This way someone is always available to help you, whenever you need them. In addition to personal care, our live-in carers can also help with cooking, cleaning, managing medications and other basic living needs.

What is Live-in care?

Live-in care usually means that you will have a fully trained and vetted main carer living with you in your own home. They will need their own bedroom and access to a bathroom and kitchen. You may also be supported by other carers at certain times of the day, or overnight, depending on your care needs and when your main carer needs a rest.

Having a live-in carer gives you peace of mind that someone is looking out for you 24-hours per day, seven days per week, in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

Live-in carers can help you with:

  • Personal care
  • Medication management or help with complex health care needs
  • Mobility and the use of aids and equipment
  • Domestic support and cleaning services
  • Companionship, emotional and social support
  • Preparing and eating meals
  • Domestic chores and errands
  • Carer supported travel
  • Socialising and hobbies

High quality, person-centred care 24-hours a day, 7 days a week - so we're there when you need us most.

Live-in care is particularly helpful for those with dementia, brain injury, autistic spectrum disorders or learning difficulties, for whom familiarity and routine is so important to their daily wellbeing.

With our person-centred care plans, all our care is matched to your needs. So whether you need help overnight, or just with morning and night-time routines, your live-in carer can help. Another benefit of live-in care is that we can also monitor your condition, and will be the first to notice any changes in your health or wellbeing.
