Join our team

We are always looking for reliable, enthusiastic people to join our professional and friendly team. Our carers and support workers are the backbone of Reliance Community Care.

We offer regular training to ensure you keep your knowledge and skills up to date. Our comprehensive onsite training facilities offer all our carers the opportunity to study towards QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and some have progressed to Level 3.

Our interview and induction process

  1. Meet with one of our supervisors, for an initial chat about the job role and our expectations
  2. Complete an application form and provide two referees
  3. Show the relevant identity documents, and we will process your DBS check and references
  4. The induction process starts with completing essential mandatory training
  5. You’ll also shadow our senior carers as part of your induction

Have you thought about becoming a domiciliary carer?
